This 30-unit apartment development situated in the heart of the Julia street arts district is a context sensitive design that follows the historic typologies of the neighborhood. Working with neighborhood stakeholders and the Historic District Landmark Commission, MetroStudio developed a new building design that builds upon the building traditions prevalent along this sensitive corridor. The project accommodates a variety of unit types and amenities and includes a roof deck with downtown views.
