State Street

This new boutique hotel will include a restaurant and 130 guest rooms. It is designed to be taller at the intersection of North Carroll and West Dayton streets in Madison, WI. The State Street side is designed shorter to look similar in height to the other downtown area buildings. The plan is to erect eight stories on the North Carroll side, with a ninth-floor bar and lounge that would be open to the public with dramatic views.
